Alejandro Prieto (@alejandroprieto.miniatures) is among the international artists who reached out to NOCF in support of this Ukrainian refugee relief raffle. He has painted this outstanding space marine chaplain for the spring raffle. This is what he wrote about his project:
 
"When I saw many other of my colleagues taking part in this initiative, I ran quickly to join it. As a professional painter, I don't have a lot of free time to paint things that I want, that's why I chose this Primaris chaplain. I've been wanting to paint a Warhammer miniature for a long time.

If this miniature can help our Ukrainian neighbors, what else can I do than donate a figure? Much encouragement and strength, I hope everything ends soon."

The spiritual leaders of their Chapters, Chaplains are awe-inspiring warrior priests who administer rites, preserve rituals and perform ancient ceremonies of initiation, vindications and redemption that are as important to a Space Marine Chapter as its roll of honour or skill at arms. Every Chapter has its own Chaplain, acting as leader in both devotions and combat and second only to the company Captain in rank.
