The main idea for this Warlord Titan is to pay tribute to the Doctors Without Borders charity. The name was chosen from a popular Sisters of Battle faction, the medical branch, "Hospitaller." The Latin words "Absque Terminis" translate into "Without Borders". The Warlord is themed in white marble armor with cherry blossoms signifying the fragility of life. Several freehand scenes portray Hospitaller Sisters in their roles on the battlefield.
