The "Dave Taylor Classic Ultramarine Army," enormous by any standard with nearly 200 models, required one major upgrade to make it playable: Replace the 28mm bases with 32mm. Justin McCoy, Secret Weapon Miniatures, donated the bases, but Dave took on the Herculean task himself. The newly based army is now in the queue for NOCF photos and video.
